Located just outside the historic market town of Towcester, Bell Plantation is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike, offering a relaxed shopping environment with a mix of independent retailers, a garden centre, and a welcoming café - making it an enjoyable place to work and shop.

Your Role as Store Manager:

As Store Manager, you'll lead by example, drive store performance, and ensure customers enjoy a warm and engaging experience every time they visit. We're looking for a proactive, commercially aware leader. Fashion retail experience is welcome but not essential - we provide full training and ongoing support.

• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations, efficient stock management, and cost control.
