Salary: 25-35k basic 10% Commission (60-65k OTE)

We are working with a specialist mortgage brokerage based in Cardiff. They're now looking for experienced mortgage advisors who want to expand their skills into 2nd charge and commercial finance, offering strong earning potential and long-term career growth.

They would also take on a self employed mortgage advisor that is able to bring their own leads across.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
• Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified
• You must also have CAS
• At least 1 years experience as a minimum
