About the Role
Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate and dedicated Welsh-speaking Music Teacher to join a school in the Pembrokeshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can deliver engaging lessons through the medium of Welsh, inspiring pupils to develop their musical skills and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Music lessons in Welsh across the relevant Key Stages.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and confidence.
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Participate in extra-curricular music activities, concerts, or school events where required.
Work collaboratively with other staff to contribute to the wider life of the school.
Requirements
Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written).
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Music within a school setting.
Strong classroom management skills.
A genuine passion for Music and inspiring young people.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Prospero Teaching).
