Visit each location on a frequency determined by the needs of each village. Ensuring time across both Villages, is managed effectively on a priority and strategic basis. Prepare business presentations - share action plans with team members and owners where required (e.g. cyclical painting programs). Available for emergency calls to assist colleagues as needed. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a senior living or hospitality environment. Multi/dual - site experience preferred Relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
