THE ROLE

Working as the Private Client Solicitor your duties will include:

• Wills and Estate Planning
• Acquiring Grants of Probate and administration of Estates
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Contentious Trusts and Estates
• Court of Protection work
• Residential Conveyancing (optional)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous PQE in Private Client Work
• A strong knowledge of all aspects of Private Client Work
• Ability to manage your own caseload
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivation and reliability
