Job Description
Master Technician we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
Manufacturer Master Technician qualifications with a proven track record as a Technician in a workshop
Strong diagnostic skills
Strong mechanical ability
Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
It would be advantageous if you had:
A current class 4 and 7 MOT Tester certification
A full valid UK driving license
Electric vehicle Training (or the willingness to train)
Experience mentoring apprentice Technician's
Main duties will be to ensure all automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. As a diagnostic Technician you will be required to diagnose, service, adjust, and repair vehicles or components using the tools in a safe and proper manner, efficiently, within the allocated time and to the required standard.
Service and Inspect vehicles completely and report orally or in writing upon the vehicles condition, safety and reliability and performance (MOT).
Diagnose. observe, recognise and report on vehicle or component defects or symptoms of impending failure using dealer software.
To ensure all service and maintenance sheets, customer defect reports, manufacturer paperwork and electronic documentation are completed and signed off.
To interpret and implement technical service instructions data, to ensure a repair or replacement component is replaced or repair in line with manufactures instruction.
