Are you an experienced leader in social care with the vision and drive to make a lasting difference? We're looking for a Service Manager to lead one of our residential services for older people, ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting and inspiring your team.
In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day running of the service, oversee staff and budgets, and make sure quality standards are not only met but exceeded. You'll also contribute to CrossReach's wider strategic direction, develop partnerships with other agencies, and identify opportunities for new service developments within your locality.
What you'll be doing
What we're looking forYou'll bring proven experience of managing in social care, along with an SVQ Level 4 in Social Care and a recognised management qualification, or be working towards one. Strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships are essential. You'll also have basic IT skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office.
