Are you a mechanically biased Engineering Technician with experience in aseptic filling, looking to make a real impact in a sterile manufacturing environment?
We're seeking a skilled and proactive technician to support operations in Grade A, B, and C cleanroom areas. You'll be part of a dedicated team working on life-changing injectable products for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform changeovers and maintenance on washing, filling, and sealing machines for vials and ampoules.
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and reliability tasks.
- Maximise line efficiency by proactively managing equipment and reducing setup/changeover times.
- Operate in compliance with cGMP and engineering procedures.
- Continuously seek improvements in equipment, safety, and processes.
What's needed
- Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (multi-skilled preferred).
- Strong fault-finding and communication skills.
- Experience in Grade A, B, and C pharmaceutical environments.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering and regulatory standards.
- Reliability engineering experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
