This is an exciting opportunity for an Asset Surveyor to contribute to the construction department within the not-for-profit industry. The role involves ensuring property assets are maintained to the highest standards in Prescot.

Description

  • Conduct detailed property surveys to assess asset condition and maintenance requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
  • Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
  • Provide recommendations for property improvements and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports for asset management purposes.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Respond promptly to queries and issues related to property assets.

Profile

A successful Asset Surveyor should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in surveying, construction, or a related field.
  • Experience in conducting property surveys and maintenance planning.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
