Job Description

Role Purpose

Lead the integration of hardware and software systems to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that meet business goals, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving to ensure smooth integration, optimal performance, and lasting system reliability.



Key Accountabilities

  1. Technical Leadership - Provide expert advice, mentoring, and best-practice guidance to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.

  2. Integration Planning - Create and manage integration plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, and mitigate risks.

  3. Systems Architecture - Design scalable, maintainable architectures and translate them into practical project trials.

  4. Testing & Trials - Plan and execute UK and overseas testing to validate functionality, performance, and compliance.

  5. Issue Resolution - Investigate issues, produce reports, and support verification and validation to ensure permanent fixes.

  6. Reporting - Deliver clear, timely reports and maintain accurate integration and performance documentation.

  7. Resource Management - Manage equipment, tools, and facilities to meet operational and statutory requirements.

  8. Stakeholder Support - Provide practical, compliant solutions and maintain clear communication across teams and customers.

  • Willing to travel within the UK and internationally for integration, testing, and support
