Paraplanner / Financial Planning Associate - London / Hybrid - Salary up to £65k benefits (US)

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be an integral part of the advice process, working side-by-side with our financial planners to deliver exceptional client outcomes. From attending client meetings and crafting suitability letters to researching bespoke solutions and coordinating with internal teams - you'll be involved at every stage.

• Attend and support client meetings, updating factfinds and liaising with teams
• Write clear, compliant suitability letters across pensions, investments, tax planning & more
• Research financial solutions tailored to client needs
• Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
• Maintain accurate records in Xplan and contribute to process improvements
• Present cashflow models and assist with retirement planning strategies
• Stay sharp by attending technical seminars and sharing insights with the team

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who's technically savvy, client-focused, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory frameworks
• Working towards chartered status
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Xplan, Voyant, FE Analytics & MS Office
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Passion for learning and sharing best practices
