IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver key digital transformation initiatives for our client - a non-profit Charitable organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, particularly within cloud migration, M365, SharePoint and CRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of internal systems from on-premise to an Azure platform.
• Oversee the successful migration and optimisation of SharePoint.
• Lead the update of the Microsoft Office solution to M365.
• Manage the full lifecycle of a CRM application (ideally Salesforce) implementation, from planning through to delivery and adoption.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies particularly Azure, SharePoint migration, and Salesforce implementation.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft resources such as Cloud services, Azure Services, Azure Migration, hybrid configuration, AD Connect, FastTrack, Azure Migrate and Cloud Migrate
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in IT Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
