About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to become part of a highly committed early years team. You'll support children's development through inspiring activities and rich learning experiences-both indoors and outdoors.

You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS.
  • Support the emotional and developmental needs of children aged 2-5 years, in particular.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a creative and dynamic learning environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Hold a Level 2 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience working with young children, especially those aged 2-5 years.
  • Be passionate about early years development and learning through play.
  • Be knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Be a strong communicator and a reliable team player.
  • Be enthusiastic about working in an outdoor, nature-led environment.
