Profile

A successful Senior Finance Analyst should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting within Local Authority, with a focus on Asset Accounting
• Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• The ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
• A thorough understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
