As the Gas Surveyor you will be:
- Updating all compliance ensuring everything is in line with legislation
- Ensuring all valuations are correct
- Responsible for ensuring all work is priced correctly, supporting the contract delivery surveyors
- Dealing with gas complaints from customers
Qualifications / Experience:
- CIOB / QS / RICS degree
- Previous experience managing gas complaints / liaising with customers
- Social housing experience
- Previous experience working as a QS valuating work
As the Gas Surveyor, you will receive:
- 43,800
- 35 hours a week
