Job Title: Social Worker - Safeguarding
Location: North Lincolnshire (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 35 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join its client's Safeguarding team based in North Lincolnshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
- Conduct a statutory range of assessments, reviews, and reassessments using recognised social work methods, theories, and models to identify actions that promote change, development, and improved life opportunities.
- Work within all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to assess and meet the needs of adults and their support networks, offering appropriate support through personal budgets where applicable.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and clear records in line with applicable legislation, protocols, and guidelines.
- Arrange and chair planning meetings, client reviews, and other ad hoc meetings as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
