We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us. As a Recruitment Consultant at Line Up Aviation, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and guide candidates in their careers. It's a fast-paced, target-driven role perfect for a motivated professional ready to make an impact in aviation and aerospace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placement.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Identify and attract high-calibre candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure suitability for roles.
- Negotiate job offers, contracts, and terms with clients and candidates.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in recruitment (aviation, aerospace, or engineering sectors advantageous but not essential).
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by success.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- IT literate with experience using recruitment CRM systems.
