Salesforce Solution Architect - Home Based - 9 Month Contract

We're partnering with a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector to deliver a transformative Salesforce programme that will modernise customer engagement, streamline operations, and support sustainability goals. This is a build where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and design of the solution from the ground up.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll lead the technical vision, working closely with stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions. You'll guide the build and design of Salesforce components, integrations, and automations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Define and deliver end-to-end Salesforce architecture for a utilities transformation
• Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Architect integration's with third-party platforms (e.g. billing, IoT, field service)
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure delivery quality
• Document architecture decisions and contribute to governance processes
