Description

As a Business Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
  • Manage and organise correspondence, including emails and letters, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Handle incoming enquiries professionally and redirect them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations for internal use.
  • Support the team with general office duties to maintain a productive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Business Administrator should have:
