HSE Manager - Wigan
Do you have experience working within a production environment? Are you looking for a long-term role with clear paths for progression? Then this chemical company looking to add a HSE Manager to the team is looking for you!
Your duties as the HSE Manager include but are not limited to the following:
- Organizing all required HSE training for relevant site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations by developing, implementing and managing safety programs.
- Implementing, communicating and reviewing internal and external audit requirements.
- Coordinating and leading all site safety committee activities.
- Assisting the Process Safety team in all process hazard assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, etc.) as required under COMAH regulations.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- NEBOSH Level 3 or higher certificate.
- Demonstrable experience in the completion and management of process hazard and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001)
