What you will be doing Support in the management of a passionate kitchen team to achieve great things. Create exceptional food and service that leaves a lasting impression. Manage all kitchen operations, including food diaries, health and safety, stock, and staff training. Develop and deliver menus that stay within budget, maximise profits, and maintain quality. Step up when the Head or Sous Chef is away, guiding the team with confidence. Take responsibility for safeguarding by reporting any concerns about safety or system weaknesses.
