Site Engineer

We are on the lookout for a Site Engineer reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, your role will be to support the Site Manager in coordinating the safe management of a section of work on major projects or overseeing all site activities on smaller projects, ensuring health, safety, quality, environment (HSQE), programme, and budget requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with the Manager, coordinate and manage initial site set-up, actively implementing framework systems and procedures.
• Rigorously enforce methods and controls to ensure the most effective and continuous use of resources.
• Assist the Site Manager in appraising security risks to all property under your control and apply appropriate security measures based on relative values.
• Actively support the Site Manager in maintaining and enforcing safety standards in accordance with legal requirements and company safety policies.
• Adhere to method statements and risk assessments.
• Setting out.
• Overseeing a junior site engineer.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• ONC or HNC in a construction-related discipline (advantageous).
• First Aid training.
• Experience in the water treatment industry (Clean Non-Infrastructure).
