About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with additional needs access the curriculum and thrive academically and socially. You will work closely with classroom teachers to provide tailored support, encouragement, and guidance to students across various key stages.

- Able to adapt to different student needs and learning styles
- Reliable and proactive
- Experience working with children or young adults (desirable but not essential)
