Gas Engineer

Fraser Edwards are currently hiring for a Gas Engineer for our client who are a well respected construction contractor who undertake all property related works on domestic properties across the Cottesmore and surrounding area and is a great opportunity to join a well established business.

Main Duties:

• Experience carrying out response maintenance repairs to domestic boilers/systems in occupied and void properties
• Proven experience of undertaking all aspects of domestic gas and plumbing repairs
• Completing gas safety inspections within tenanted and void properties
• Testing checks and stopping leaks
• Landlord Safety Checks
• Emergency Repairs
• Fault Finding

Ideal Candidate:

• Full UK Driving License
• ACS Gas Safe - CCN1, CENTWAT1, CRK1, HTR1

This role will include a call out rota, which is 1 in every 4 weeks.

• you will receive a standby fee, paid per day
• All call outs paid at x1.5 hourly rate door to door
• No more than 4 - 6 call outs which normally occur before 10pm and after 6am

Company Benefits:

• Basic Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
• Callout OTE - £2500 - £3000
