Job Description

We are looking for a Sous Chef for an ongoing temp to perm opportunity in Milton Keynes.

We are searching for a well-organised, professional Chef who can perform to the highest standard.

Pay Rate
15.29p/h

Contract
Temp to Perm - Can be offered a permanent contract after completing 12 successful weeks on site!

Key Responsibilities
Provide support to cooks and service staff
Producing and serving night shift dinner for 70/80 people
Completing general preparation for the next shift
General cleaning and stocking fridges and counter shelves
Duties include pot wash and dishwasher
Set up and service on the counter
General cleaning
Customer service
Storing food

Skills Required
A passion for providing excellent service
Previous experience working in a kitchen
Good time keeping
Enthusiastic and reliable
Previous chef experience
Ability to display a high level of food safety along with maintaining a clean working environment
A great team player yet able to work comfortably on your own
Valid Food & Hygiene Level 2 certificate
