Responsibilities: Process invoices, credit notes, and expenses accurately and on time Match, code, and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes Manage supplier accounts, resolve queries, and maintain strong relationships Prepare payment runs within agreed terms Reconcile supplier statements and assist with month-end reporting Managing the purchase ledger email inbox, making sure queries are resolved in a timely manner Ordering and cancelling a high volume of Company fuel cards Posting Bank transfers for all group centres daily Support the Finance Manager with audits and process improvements Provide ad hoc support to the Sales Ledger Team, and during periods of absence Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role Proficiency in accounting software Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Sound understanding of VAT and sales processes Solid accounting, finance and regulatory knowledge Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive sector AAT Qualified Familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) Driving Licence Porsche Retail Group are committed to promoting a culture that champions diversity and equal opportunities.
