The Client
Our client an Exclusive 5 star resort in Leatherhead are currently looking to recruit within their kitchen team for an Exclusive Clubhouse Sous Chef.

Requirements
As a chef to be successful within their team you should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a 5 luxury company is desirable
• Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
• This role will deputise for the Head Chef when required and will have responsibility for training new team members.
• The ideal candidate will also have strong admin skills
• Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field
