Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: Holborn, London
Salary: 32,000 base + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE 35,000- 42,000)

The Role
Recruit teachers & support staff for London schools
Source, interview & place candidates into roles
Build long-term relationships with schools and educators
Write strong CVs & candidate profiles
Hit achievable KPIs and earn commission on every placement
What We're Looking For
Background in teaching, sales, customer service, or similar
Confident, resilient, target-driven and career-focused
Strong communicator, well-organised, and motivated
Passion for education and making a difference
A degree is helpful but not essential - full training provided
