Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and motivated.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all students.
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to contribute to a supportive school community.
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Maintain strong classroom management, ensuring a focused and respectful learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the MFL curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous teaching experience is essential, with a passion for inspiring learners.
- French specialism is desirable
