An established and forward-thinking multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cost Consultancy team. With projects reaching up to 170m, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a business that delivers across a diverse and exciting range of sectors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative and high-performing team working across a wide range of mixed-use, new build, refurbishment and conversion schemes.
Working with private and public sector clients, you'll be exposed to a varied portfolio of high-value developments, providing both pre and post-contract cost consultancy services. This role requires a commercially aware, client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor who can confidently manage multiple projects while contributing to team growth and service excellence.
As a key member of a multi-disciplinary practice, you will also benefit from close integration with other in-house specialists, offering a broader view of the project lifecycle and enhancing your professional development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS accredited)
- Ideally MRICS, or working towards chartership
- Strong experience in UK consultancy environments
- Proven background in new build and refurbishment projects
- Versatile, client-facing, and a team player
