Group Financial Controller - Hybrid

Are you a qualified finance leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving change? We re working with an iconic and forward-thinking organisation in Oxfordshire to find a Group Financial Controller to take ownership of all transactional accounting and external reporting.

Role : Group Financial Controller aka Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Lead
Location: Nr Oxford / Hybrid c. 50% office / WFH
Salary: 70 - 85K - Great Bens, Pension and lots of freebies

In this hands-on leadership role, you ll manage a small but talented team, lead on audits for two corporate groups, and ensure a robust control environment across complex group structures. From overseeing statutory and FCA reporting to supporting system improvements and advising on new business opportunities, you ll play a key role in shaping best practice across the organisation.

We re looking for:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE

• Proven experience managing finance teams in a complex group

• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, tax, and compliance

• A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence to drive change
