What We re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children in KS1 or EYFS settings (school, nursery, or childcare)

• A calm, positive, and consistent approach to support

• Confidence delivering phonics, reading, and small-group interventions

• Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
