We are seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Operator to join our busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customs operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customs clearance processes for commercial vehicle operators across Europe and worldwide.
- Work as part of an operational team, liaising with clients face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Support smooth and efficient operations in a 24/7 environment.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years' experience in customs clearance or a related operational role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a busy team.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
Shift Pattern- 12-hour shifts:
- Day shift: 8am - 8pm
- Night shift: 8pm - 8am
- Includes weekends.
- 14 shifts over a 4-week period.
