Care Assistant
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Location: Dereham

Are you a compassionate individual with a passion for supporting others We are looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team. In this rewarding role, you will play an essential part in delivering high-quality care to our service users, ensuring their physical, social, intellectual, and emotional needs are met.

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Promote independence and respect the dignity of each service user, encouraging individual choice.
  • Assist service users with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
  • Monitor health needs in collaboration with senior staff and participate in regular assessments.
  • Serve meals and offer assistance with eating and drinking as required.
  • Maintain accurate observations and report any changes in service users conditions promptly.
  • Attend mandatory training and adhere to the highest standards of care in line with regulatory frameworks.
