FREELANCE Senior Quantity Surveyor (OUTSIDE IR35)

My client is a Civil Engineering Contractor based in Cambridgeshire. Due to picking up a scheme outside of their usual geography, they are in the market for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the project. This is a long-term role paying up to 425 per day (OUTSIDE IR35).

Typical duties:

- Placing Sub-Contract Orders
- Managing the various Packages
- Cost Reporting
- Final Accounts

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Civil Engineering Contracting background (5 year min.)
- Earthworks experience
- NEC & JCT Contract Experience
