What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
- Supporting senior chefs to deliver a varied and seasonal menu
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation
- Bringing creativity, consistency, and passion to the kitchen

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
