Strategic Asset Manager (2 days a month in the office)

One of my Public Sector clients is looking for a Strategic Asset Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a team of 3-5.
• Help develop and implement the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
• Oversee the maintenance of property assets and keep up to date with the lease renewals and rent reviews that need to be undertaken.
• The portfolio is a mix but mainly commercial.

You must be MRICS for this role.

It is important that you have prior experience within Asset Management, from a Public Sector setting

This role would require 2 days a month (minimum) and the rest of the month at home. This may need to be more for the first month.
