Your new company
You'll be supporting a public sector organisation by managing key departments and reporting progress to the SLT.
Your new role
You will be expected to lead and manage a multidisciplinary Business Support team, including direct line management of 5 full-time staff.

  • Oversee resource planning, staff development, training, and recruitment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management across the division.
  • Ensure robust support for property finance and technical functions.
  • Lead internal programme and project delivery, tracking KPIs and SLAs.
  • Oversee a business support budget of approximately 1 million.
  • Coordinate departmental and strategic projects, managing risks and interdependencies.
  • Resolve complex project-related issues with multiple stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a senior business support management, project management, or programme management role.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen; experience managing budgets and finance teams.
  • Proven ability to identify, track, and deliver cost savings.
  • Experience managing a multidisciplinary team with a focus on delivery and performance.
  • Skilled in reporting to project boards and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
  • Track record of delivering complex strategic programmes and projects.
  • Knowledge of property data systems, Power BI, and reporting tools.
