Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Apply professional knowledge and skills to support the delivery of the practice's goals and vision.

  • Act as Project Manager on designated projects, overseeing delivery from inception to completion.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, encouraging continual professional development.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, while fostering effective collaboration within the team.

  • Contribute to a wide range of project stages, from planning studies and design development through to site inspections.

  • Support business development activities, including networking, preparing fee proposals, and securing new opportunities.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of new areas of work and service offerings.

  • Support office administration and operational tasks as required.

  • Actively engage in CPD for both self and colleagues, in line with the practice's long-term vision.

Reporting to:

  • Directors

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), with a minimum of 6 years' relevant professional experience.

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience Required:

  • At least 6 years of professional practice experience, with a proven record of successful project delivery and implementation.
