Starting Salary: £32,058.00 (rising to £32,760.00 upon successful completion of probation)

We are a small, nurturing children s residential home in Totton, dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for the young people in our care. We are now looking for a compassionate and confident Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team.

Your Role Will Include:
- Leading and managing shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
- Being a positive role model for both colleagues and residents
- Administering medication in line with policies and procedures
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of young people through strong safeguarding practices
- Supporting the team and helping to build a positive, trauma-informed culture
What We re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader in a similar children s residential setting is essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) required
- A strong understanding of safeguarding practices
- A calm, resilient, and caring nature
- Confident in managing shifts and supporting junior staff
