Sous Chef

Sous Chef - Gastro Pub/Restaurant - Full time Petworth, West Sussex - MUST have your own transport - Salary £35k plus tips (£7k to £9k in tips per year), 4.5 days on and 2.5 days off per week. (Please do read all the advert and location before applying).

We are looking for a reliable Sous Chef who can cook to Rosette level cooking all fresh food from scratch to a high standard to work in a small brigade of 3 in a friendly kitchen.

Covers 50 for lunch and dinner - approx 600 covers per week.

• We are closed Monday and Tuesdays.
• We also close the kitchen at 4.30pm on Sunday evenings, leave by 6.30pm.

Salary and Benefits

• £35k plus tips (£750 per month in tips) £7k to £9k in tips per year
• 4.5 days on and 2.5 days off per week
• Split shifts: 9am to 4pm, 6pm to approx 11pm
• Closed Monday and Tuesdays plus 1 shift on one other day
• Finish Sunday shift and leave by 6.30pm

• 28 days holiday
