Aston Education is looking for a Deputy SENDCO with QTS for an Ofsted Good 11-16 secondary school in Lambeth, South London.
They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional who can bring both expertise and creativity to the SEND provision.

Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- SENCO experience from a mainstream secondary setting
- English or History teacher with QTS or you can offer another academic subject
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of interventions and strategies across the four areas of need (Communication & Interaction, Cognition & Learning, SEMH, and Sensory/Physical)
- Confident with technology
- Experience in coordinating and managing exam access arrangements
- Hold Assessor accreditation for access arrangements
- The ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships with parents and carers
