About the Role: As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for clients referred to our service. You will conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments, provide immediate and short-term interventions, and ensure that each client receives tailored support that meets their individual needs. About the Role: As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for clients referred to our service.
