ServiceNow Technical Architect - Inside IR35 - SC Clearance - £800pd

We are seeking a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to join a central government department within their ServiceNow Platform Engineering team.

You will report into the Lead for Platform Engineering & Live Operations, working closely with senior engineers, product managers, and delivery teams to define technical solutions and design patterns in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Aligning IRM Entity Hierarchies with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

• Designing integration patterns to transition ServiceNow user access to zScaler.

• Supporting expansion of the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) module.

• Defining secure patterns for exposing ServiceNow REST APIs.

• Leveraging HRSD to deliver complex case management.

Essential skills:

• ServiceNow CTA certification.

• Experience in IRM, SPM, HRSD and API integration.

• Strong background in CSDM alignment and risk management.

• Ability to engage with governance forums and technical stakeholders.

• Existing or eligible for SC Clearance.

Hybrid working: 60% office presence across 4 weeks (Manchester, Leeds, Blackpool).
