Job Description

An established consultancy in Birmingham is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of new-build and refurbishment schemes across the Midlands. This role is suited to a Project Manager with a consultancy background, confident in client liaison and contract administration.

The Project Manager will be joining a supportive team with clear progression to Senior Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will work across education, leisure, and commercial developments, delivering projects up to 30 million in value.



The Project Manager's Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of project planning, stakeholder management, reporting and cost monitoring. You'll represent the consultancy at client meetings and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.



The Project Manager

  • BSc in Project Management or related field

  • MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM preferred (or working towards)

  • Previous consultancy or client-side experience

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar software
