Including:
- Prepare food samples to exacting standards, ensuring they're ready for assessment on time
- Maintain an organised and efficient workspace to facilitate smooth sample preparation
- Follow all relevant food safety and handling procedure

- Retail/Hospitality Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Teams

- Commercial awareness
Desirable:
- Food Safety Level 2
