Multiple Plasterer's needed in the Liverpool area! (Social Housing)
Location: Liverpool, UK (Multiple Areas)
Contract Type: Temp-to-perm (12 weeks), with Van & Fuel card
Hourly Rate: 19.00 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
Start Date: Immediately
Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.
They are now recruiting for a Plasterer to join their responsive maintenance works team across Liverpool.
Your Duties will include:
- Carry out Plastering- trade maintenance
- Complete all aspects of Plastering work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties in the Liverpool area
- Working on ceilings as well as walls
Requirements:
- NVQ L2 / City & Guilds in Plastering (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
- Have substantial experience in plastering, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- CSCS card desirable
- Obtain good customer care skills
