Job Title: Production Operative

We are currently looking for a Production Operative to join a manufacturing site team near Tewkesbury.

Carpentry or wood wood work experience would be an advantage

Temporary to Permanent

£13.00 Per hour

Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Overtime available paid at paid at 1.5 times your regular hourly rate.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Building and assembling products using hand and power tools
Ensuring the machinery runs smoothly by carrying out basic maintenance
Maintaining a tidy and safe work area at all times
Collaborating with the team to achieve daily production goals
Conducting quality checks to ensure the products meet our high-quality standards

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following:

Previous experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team

All candidates need to have their own transport to commute to the location.
