Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal
Client Details
A leading law firm
Description
Handle a caseload of residential (and/or commercial) property transactions under supervision
Draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
Conduct property searches, review title documents, and raise/reply to pre-contract enquiries
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties
Prepare and submit Land Registry and HMRC applications (e.g. Stamp Duty Land Tax returns)
Manage deadlines to ensure smooth and timely exchange and completion of transactions
Maintain accurate file records and case management system entries
Assist with post-completion work such as registration and closing files
Support fee earners and attend meetings as required
Profile
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legal procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
