My global industrial company requires an experienced 2nd line IT support contractor for a short term bit of IT support work.

Essential Skills

• 2nd line IT support experience
• Provide software support and implement technology across all server and network areas,
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware faults
• Windows 10 and MS Office suite support
• Mobile Support : iOS & Android
• Basic Printer Support
• Building new laptop and knowledg of imaging process
• Basic networking support
• Great customer service
• Great communicator
